Members' General Assembly

A Members’ General Assembly is scheduled on November 10 in two parts: 09:00-11:00 and 15:00-17:00 (local times in Finland). The two time slots are arranged to accommodate as much as possible members from different time zones.

Everyone with a valid membership for 2026 will be notified by email with personal access to the online meeting.

The Executive Committee will inform the members at least one month before the meeting and the meeting’s agenda will be included in the notice.
